  • Q. Are there any shows coming to my town?

    A. Please check back frequently. We add concert dates as soon as they are provided to us.

  • Q. When will you place tickets on sale, for a show near me?

    A. Please check back frequently! We usually add concert information a few days ahead of the presale, so you'll have plenty of notice. We update the site often.

  • Q. What does "All packages reserved - please try again in a few minutes" mean?

    A. There are a limited amount of packages available for each show. The inventory control checks are in place for your convenience so you don't get all the way through to the payment page and then find out there are no more packages available. If you receive this message, try again in a few minutes.

  • Q. Why didn't I get my confirmation E-mail?

    A. Certain E-mail providers may be recognizing "new" mail from as spam and putting your confirmation email in your spam folder. If you E-mail us, you will be able to receive E-mails from us since you initiated the communication. It is important to check your spam folder, because you may receive E-mail from us closer to the date of the show with important show day information.

  • Q. Do you offer these packages for any show?

  • Q. What if I change my mind and don't want my VIP package?

    A. VIP packages are Non-refundable. All sales are final.

  • Q. What if I can't go? Can I give my package to my friend to use?

    A. Packages are non-transferable. Only the person listed as Attendee in your Order may use the packages. The reselling of packages is strictly prohibited and resold ticket package(s) will not be honored at the performance venue.

  • Q. Do I have to be a member to use VIP Nation?

    A. You will need to create an account - it's free - to purchase packages on VIP Nation.

  • Q. I've never used VIP Nation before. How do I purchase a Package?

    A. PACKAGES ARE SOLD ONLINE ONLY, ON OUR WEBSITE. Sign in to your account (or create one if you are not already a member). Click on the tour you are interested in. Please read the Terms of Use and FAQs on our homepage. They should answer most questions you may have about ordering. Also, since you only have10 minutes to place your order, if you read the Terms of Use beforehand, you will save yourself time during the actual order process. When you click on Tours and find the tour you are interested in, click on that tour. The page with all the tour dates will appear. On the right side of the page you'll see the basic packages available on this tour. Scroll to the tour date you are interested in. If the date is currently available and on sale, it will say Buy Now. If not, it will say Coming Soon, or will have a specific onsale date and time shown. Onsale times are shown in local time. If the show is "Closed" or "Sold Out" it means that date is no longer available for purchase. If it is on sale, click on BUY NOW next to the date you are interested in. All the packages (and the specific details of those packages) for that particular show date are shown. If a particular package is available, you will be able to enter the quantity you want and click Add Packages. When the page opens, you'll see the package(s) in your cart. Click Next if you have the correct number of packages. If your package offers Extra Options, fill in the details. The Terms of Use appear. Read and agree to the Terms and your Shipping Address appears. If you are adding a new address, just click on Add New Address. Or you can edit your details. If the Shipping Address is fine, you'll see a page that lists Attendee name, address, phone, email address. Packages are non-transferable. If you are not the Attendee, you must click Edit and update the Attendee info (name, day of show phone, email address for any follow up emails regarding the show- itineraries etc). Only the person named as Attendee may sign for the package(s) and attend the show so please edit this information if necessary. If the Order Details are accurate, click Payment. Enter your billing information and click Buy Now. Your receipt will appear. You will also be emailed a confirmation email receipt. Please make sure you have added to your safe list so you can receive your confirmation email receipt and any follow up email we will send you as part of your order.   • Q. What is the legal drinking age for the pre-show parties?

    A. In the U.S. the legal drinking age is 21 yrs old. There are some exceptions:Massachusetts: Residents must be 21 yrs old. Out of state residents (except Rhode Island residents) must be at least 25 yrs old to drink and must show two forms of ID (photo ID and one other - a credit card is considered ID). Rhode Island residents must show 2 forms of ID if between 21 and 30 yrs of age; if over 30 yrs old, one valid photo ID is acceptable.Canada: legal drinking age varies by province: In Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec the age is 18 yrs old. In British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland/Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon the age is 19 yrs old.

  • Q. Where are the photos from the pre-show party?

    A. There is a special photo gallery for each tour that offers a photo op. The URL to this gallery will be included in your itinerary for that show date. The photos are usually available to view and download/save within 2 weeks of your show.

  • Q. What do I do if I arrive late? Where are my ticket packages?

    A. If you have a package that includes pre-show activities, call or text your Vip Nation host whose cell number is included in your itinerary. You can also call our office at +1-888-458-8297 toll free from U.S., Canada and Mexico; 00-800-458-82971 toll free from UK, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland and Australia. If you have a package with instructions to pick up your package(s) on the evening of your event, your package(s) will be at the specially marked Vip Nation window at will-call as long as "will-call" windowstays open. If will-call is closed by the time you arrive, check with the main box office and ask for a VIP Nation representative to be contacted. If the main box office has already closed, contact venue Security and ask to have an Vip Nation representative contacted.

  • Q. When is my order filled? How are tickets assigned?

    A. Tickets are allocated according to the time and day you placed your order. It doesn't matter if you're first or last in line on the day of the show...your ticket locations are already pre-determined based on when you placed your order.

  • Q. Will I be charged a fee if I am purchasing VIP packages using a credit card from outside the U.S.?

    A. Your credit card provider may charge an exchange rate conversion fee as our VIP packages are in U.S. dollars. Please check with your credit card provider for more information.

  • Q. What is a promo code?

    A. promo code is a series of letters or numbers that, if you have one, entitles you to a discount. If you do not have a promo code, leave that field blank. It is not a required field.

  • Q. Why do I get a message that says "access limited to fan club members"?

    A. The onsale date and time is the time our VIP packages go on sale to the public. Some of our tours offer an exclusive presale period to their fan club members. In this instance, the presale period starts at the onsale date and time shown on the tour page. Usually the exclusive access period is 24 hours. After the exclusive access period expires, anyone can purchase the VIP packages, pending availability. Our VIP packages will usually be on sale before regular ticket sales even if there is a fan club presale.

  • Q. What is MyVIP?

    A. MyVIP account is simply for your ease of completing your order, and a quick reference of your order history.

  • Q. Why don't I have an order history?

    A. In order to have an order history, you need to have been logged into/or register with VIP Nation. In the past, you didn't need to be logged in so previous orders may not appear. With our new website, you must have an account and be logged in to place your order. Your account is simply for your ease of completing your order, and a quick reference of your order history.

  • Q. What if I can't remember my account password?

    A. You can click on "Forgot Password" at the top of the Home page and you will be emailed a new password, which you can then re-set.

  • Q. I'm having trouble viewing this site.

    A. This site requires JavaScript and Flash.

  • Q. What is Upgrade to VIP Package?

    A. If you already have a ticket to the show, and want to experience the VIP package, now you can! Please note that not all Tours or all Tour Dates offere the Upgrade Package option.

  • Q. How do I get an Upgrade to VIP Package?

    A. Check the tour itinerary to see if Package Upgrade is available for the show you want. You must have a valid ticket for the show for each Upgrade you purchase. Approximately 5 days before your show date, we will email an itinerary with all your preshow details!

  • Q. How long are packages available for purchase?

    A. Package sales are available until packages are sold out, or until approximately 2 weeks before show date, whichever occurs first.
